I've Been Gone

Helllo guys I know I have been gone for  really long time but I just seem to be in a funk right now! Untill i get out of my funk Im not sure if I will be posting but i just wanted to give you guys some sort of update.

Wow! its beeen foreverrrr! I can't beelive its been 2 weeks! I know I promised an ootd two weeks ago but i have really been busy with school and trying to get my driving stuff done. Today was my last driving time! Yay! haha, it went by super fast, like i literally can't beleive i can get my license soon and I'll be driving by myself! I wanted to be done with it and now im def gonna miss it, especially the owner of the school. She was legit the sweetest lady in the world, she wa so nice and caring :'(. But i really cant beleive its been two weeks, time is really flying! So thats whats been goin on with me, i wish I could have showed you guys my hair before i twisted it up. I had a twist out and did a half up half down thing, it looked great in the morning but as the day went on it turned into a puff ball and there was like no deifnition whatsoever, I was really hating it as the day went on haha. I put it in a pony tail type thing at the very end of the day. I added more gel to my twist this time so maybe they will hold, we'll have to see tomorrow! Again sorry for the quality guys, it is my webcam, and batteries cost money! Haha, i really wish I did have my camera though becuase i really love this outfit, and my webcam doesnt give justice to the detail of the cable knit cardigan. I just love it so much. Well thats it for now, I'll post again soon!

Hey guys! I am so super tired right now but i wanted to make a post because it has been a really long time! I have been really busy with school and work but especially school. Junior year is no joke! Well fall is coming! (not really since the weather decides to be 54 in the morning and 70 in the afternoon) but its coming! I def have one thing i really want to wear/style! MAXI SKIRTS. My sister got this black velvet one from the thrift store and i just really want like a light pink/ peachy one that i could style with a black cropped sweater, legit i have the outfit planned in my head haha and i am going to make it an outfit! With my boots! I really love the boots i bought in my haul video, they are a little tight but its worth it lol. I have been getting compliments at school on my outfits and idk it just makes me feel good you know? Oh! and another thing i havent been able to go thrfiting in legit weeks! Like I've been saving all my money and spending it on drivers ed and driving times, like i cannot wait until im done and can get my license, cause driver education is so freaking expensive. Since i haven't been able to go thrifting i realized i can revamp my mothers/fathers clothes!  I was looking through my moms closet and found so much stuff i can make my own!, so that should hold me for a while lol i just know i am missing out on so many deals and cute sweaters,boots,skirts etc right now but a few more weeks until drivers ed is over! Well i think Im about to doze off for a few. I'll try my best to post an OOTD this week, until then talk to you soon guys! :)

New Button & Blog Layout! So i thought it was time for a change! When i made my first button, and my blog i was so new to things and my button along with my blog were a little shabby.  I still have a lot to learn about the technical/graphic design stuff but here is the new look for now! I really love it, its perfect mix of girly, edgy and boho, i just love the background. If my followers (total of 3 haha) wouldnt mind adding this new button to their page that would be great (at my grab box) thankyou! :)

It was so chilly today! Yesterday i looked at the weather and it said it was gonna be 75 at like 3 pm but it was still so cold and i was wearing like shorts and a short sleeve top, and my school was pretty drafty. So today i wore a cardigan over a dark blue top which I made sleeveless. I only took off my cardigan last period and to walk home but it fit almost like a crop top which i liked but i think i might cut the bottom so it flows a little more and doesn't have such a squarish shape. The jeggings were a little loose on the top so i added a belt and i think it went with the whole outfit anyway. I wore some simple black flats and had a comfy day :)

I really love this blouse! I got it from TjMaxx like last summer but i only wore it once. I think the earrings matched the beige and brown in the shirt nicely. I always loved those button type earrings and just never had a chance to wear them until today :) I also love the back of the shirt and the way it comes together, i wore it tucked in but the pull of the blouse by the buttons was still shown. Hope you enjoy it as much as i do! :)

Beginning of the Week & Wish List

  

Hey guys! I just wanted to give you an update on whats been going on with me lately . I'm back to school this week after the Labor Day weekend, i didn't do anything to special and it looks like its gonna be humid and rainy all week :(. Gross weather, but i really wanted to post an OOTD today but again i was super tired from school and the walk and ended up taking a nap which frazzled my hair. I might post an OOTD tomorrow but my outfit is gonna be pretty simple, i just wish  i had a collar necklace to spice it up. That is def on my wish list! Collar Necklaces add so much to an outfit, it can turn a simple outfit into something classy and chic, i wish i had a gold one for my outfit i had today which was a black sheer blouse w/ gold buttons, a gold bracelet w/ black flats.Ah i'm on the web right now searching for some necklaces via etsy , They prob have some at Urban Outfitters but im def gonna check cheaper places first. One thing about me ,is that i really like to find bargains. I have to spend my own money on most things so no way will i be spending $30-$50 on one necklace haha. You can def be fashionable and spend your money wisely.  Along with collar necklaces i wanted to get some black oxfords , and these shoes i saw at TJMAXX they were these cool woven flats.  Im not totally sure on the oxfords because you really have to know how to wear them and they can be difficult to style and they dont flatter everyone, but i really want a pair! If you guys  know of any stores that sell collar necklaces for a reasonable price comment below :) Well i better get some sleep, i'll talk to you guys soon! Bye :)

Esperanza Spalding

I am in LOVE with this song, and many more from this amazing singer. Her name is Esperanza spaliding and i discovered her from my cousin yesterday. Her voice is so so beautiful. I'm pretty sure she plays all the instruments in her songs, she plays multiple instruments including the bass and piano. Some of her albums are all instrumental but she sings in many of them as well and they are just beautiful. She is def not what you would hear on the radio but she needs to be! I think this song and Little fly are my absolute favorites. Its like effortless and the way she plays the piano is beautiful and her voice just flows. I just cant even find the words to describe, haha. She really is great tho. You guys should check her out! Has anyone found any new artisit lately? Comment below and tell me about em , or your favorite artist in genera or if you've ever heard of esperanzal! Im always looking for new music :)

Woah first day of Junior year! Its 12:14 right now and i should probably be going to bed but i just want to share my first day. So the beginning of my morning was exciting i felt good in my outfit and confident so that was a good start to the day. I have two AP classes History and English because i am no way math/science savvy. I've had both he teachers before so i knew what to expect already and i think i'll be fine,i just need to focus on organization and time management. I have an Algebra II class with a whole bunch of routy sophomores and juniors so that should be interesting, and i have about 4 classmates that I'm friendly with so that was a relief. Band of course has a pack load of freshman, a lot more then last year. Btw My school is really small and about 1/3 of the school is in band and chorus and with all these new freshmen the room is literally PACKED. Idk if i'll manage haha. We got 3 new guys in the percussion section, just me and my sophomore friend Bridget are the only girls again but this year should defiantly be interesting with everybody. I have a sucky computer class , not a lot of the classmates im super comfortable with are in there but i'll have to deal better than a dictators class. My very good friend Adriana isn't in any of my classes and we only see each other at lunch so that kinda stinks but we have our locker trips. I ended the day with Spanish literature, i thought this would be a horrible class but there were only 6 people in there and the teacher is super nice and friendly so that should be fun. All in all i had a pretty okay day, I'm excited for tomorrow and the rest of the school year and what is to come. Well i better get to bed. Talk to you guys tomorrow! :)
